Four slices of German marinated beef in a red wine sauce, with the sweet and sour Swabian flavour combination that’s famous across Germany. Known as Sauerbraten in Germany, translating as Sour Roast in English, these heavily marinated beef slices famous around the world. The roast pickled beef has to be tasted to be believed, and is complimented by the sweetness of the red wine sauce. This dish makes for a substantial meal for two along with some tasty German sides.
