The Kally Weighted Anxiety Blanket in Light Grey uses Deep Pressure Touch Stimulation theory (pressure via touch), proven to produce a soothing effect that reduces anxiety and improves sleep. Each of the blanket’s quilted pockets are filled with tiny glass beads providing even pressure across your body that stimulates each stress point. The weight and pressure creates a sense of being swaddled or hugged, and a sense of security which helps the body to relax.
